While the libchewing requires cmake version equal or higher then 2.8.8, but the default cmake version in Travis-CI is 2.8.7. Install cmake from kalakris/cmake for higher version

I add this pull request because of the Travis-CI test failed for cmake version is 2.8.7 in #262 , but after I push the commit in #262 again, the Travis-CI test passed... It it weird that the cmake version changes at different time pushing commit |
