Catch up on creating tasks, marking as ‘complete’, assigning, and setting due dates as discussed in meetings. Align project and task dates with calendars. Move tasks into respective milestones or on backlog. Comment on the status of tasks. Provide project updates.
Clean out and reorganize file repositories and content inventories. Remove old, unneeded files. Organize files into proper folders. Consolidate duplicative inventories.
Create and keep documentation up to date. Documentation may include that of internal processes, style guide documentation, project framework/boilerplate documentation, and more.
Share and improve code among others.
Share and improve written work like research articles and opinion pieces.
Check for new versions of dependencies on the registry, and upgrade as needed. Update code if necessary.
Release any versions that have been in Beta for a while.
Optimize images, files, scripts, and css. Remove unneeded assets.
Anything else business-related.
