Restore previous results (from Allstate) and reconcile #26

Recreate the previous results from October (code and possibly data) in a folder for reference.

Reconcile the current refactored code to the previous results.

@tomschenkjr Maybe we should keep this as a branch?

In thinking about this more, I don't really want to keep the code in a folder because I don't want to have the opportunity for multiple definitions of the same function.

The current "master" branch isn't the previous version. It's an older version.

I take it back, the master does have the right version. I didn't know that I needed to pull again after switching to master. I thought a pull on a branch would update all branches.

@geneorama Git switched their functionality, git pull use to update all branches, but now you have to be specific.

We could create the Allstate code as a release (e.g., version 0.5).

I added two more reports that have hard copies of the current (and previous) model results. I merged this branch into dev
