All schedules, most flags

A couple things have been added since the last release:

• all schedules are now included (9 in total, ranging from 9 months to 3 weeks)
• new Tagalog course
• fixed crash when deleting all your schedules
• most languages have flags (except Swahili, not sure which flag to use for that)
