Using UIToolBar with custom frame not allowed.
Will be rejected from app-store submission!

Why using a toolbar in such a way would be rejected?. I recently updated 2 apps on the app store using full screen sized toolbars to the get translucence visual effect for free on iOS7 and they have not been rejected.

I know there are some apps that are rejected because of UIToolBar. But my app using this library has no been rejected.
