Likwiduje brak wiadomości w dzienniku zdarzeń przy otwieraniu/zamykaniu zdarzeń oraz brak informacji w przypiętym ticketcie o zamknięciu/otwarciu przypisanego do niego zdarzenia.
Na tę potrzebę utworzyłem dwie nowe metody
EventOpen()orazEventClose()- przydadzą się jeszcze w kilku miejscach (dwie metody ponieważ w jednej kod był mało czytelny ze względu na dość sporą liczbę warunków dla każdej z nich).
