Dependencies of flatpak applications aren't removed when uninstalling #8

When uninstalling a flathub application the dependencies are currently not being uninstalled, even if they aren't needed any other application.

This is really easy to fix (2 lines), but it is currently it would conflict with #12. I'll make a pull request after that one is merged.

I did some research. This isn't as easy as I was expecting. The --unused option doesn't work when uninstalling a specific application. I'll close this one, since it shouldn't be a major issue anyway.
