User Story VIII

As a user I can view a footer on the page that includes a link to this repository.

Ensure that Create a boilerplate for the HTML #87 is complete
Create a copyright phrase, or some kind of footer content and apply it to the footer
Don't forget to include a link to our repository somehow
Bonus points for making it hide until scroll-down or something.
