Hi. the scrollbar gets hidden whenever the timepicker opens causing the page to tilt to the right. :)

The scrollbar is hidden to prevent user from scrolling away from the clockpicker

Mine is partially off screen so you cant access all of the clock face.
Is there a way to have it centered on the screen? Or am I missing something... Perhaps materialize.css? I don't have that. Is that my problem?

Probably...materialize.css is a prerequisite
