Guatemala missing cities #27

Hello guys, just found a couple of issues with Guatemalan Cities.

  1. Chimaltenango state has wrong cities, instead, it has Baja Verapaz cities.

Chimaltenango Cities: Acatenango, Chimaltenango, El Tejar, Parramos, Patzicía, Patzún, Pochuta, San Andrés Itzapa, San José Poaquíl, San Juan Comalapa, San Martín Jilotepeque, Santa Apolonia, Santa Cruz Balanyá, Tecpán, Yepocapa, Zaragoza

  1. Escuintla state is missing: Sipacate city
  2. Huehuetenango state is missing: Petatán city
  3. Petén state is missing: Las Cruces and El Chal cities
  4. Quetzaltenango state has a city named San Miguel Sigüilá, city is missing dieresis "ü" =alt+129
  5. San Marcos state is missing: La Blanca city
  6. Suchitepequez state is missing: San José La Máquina city
  7. Zacapa state is missing: San Jorge city

I really needed this states and cities for my project, i appreciate all your hard work!

Can't wait for this update.

Any news on updating the Guatemalan cities?, specially for Chimaltenango state, wich is wrong.
