AspNet50 Backend with Svelte.js front-end (kinda - it's SSR so...)

Running the docker

• You do not need to run the pgadmin-compose.yml if you don't intend to use postgresql/pgadmin
• Otherwise just run: docker-compose -f pgadmin-compose.yml up -d
