How many dynos & hours? What Heroku setup do you recommend for production app?

What Heroku build should I buy if this is a production app in a 8 hour per day office with about 40 Twilio numbers? Any thoughts are appreciated!

Hey Paul, I've actually tested in a production environment with one free Heroku dyno, for about 30 agents. In that case there was little/no inbound calls, so it was really being used for click to dial. However, inbound calls wouldn't stress it much more. So 1 full time dyno? 2? I wouldn't start with much more than that unless you see a problem. The nice thing about heroku is that could be scaled up and down instantly.
