  • added remaining_time() and elapsed_time() functions (& tests)
  • made logger a kwarg so user can use their own logger if desired
  • made desc parameter to TimerHeap a kwarg
  • added timer() factory function to TimerHeap
  • added remove_all_timers() to allow programs to terminate cleanly
