This tools contains the Packages for creating a macOS Recovery HD Partition on any Volumes.

Usage: Create USB Recovery HD

The USB key you choose will be formatted as a single partition, then you will have to select your Install macOS Mojave.app for the creation of the Recovery HD, when the package opens, you will have to choose the USB volume, as simple as that.

Usage: Create macOS Internal Recovery HD

You will have to select your Install macOS Mojave.app for the creation of the Recovery HD, then when the package opens, you will have to choose the volume, as simple as that.
