this appears to be an obsolete version of the file that is now savesigns.vba. the simultaneous presence of both files prevents Vim bundlers (Vundle etc.) from auto-updating SaveSigns.vim on case-insensitive filesystems (e.g. default setup of HFS+ on Mac OS).
