Problems with editing when mtime in file is different than filesystem #20

tried to edit AgileDevelopment which had a modern mtime in filesystem, but old stamp in the file - guessing that caused the problem.

thinking maybe the timestamp comparison is still split between the mtime read out of the file header and the filesystem

there's an update script to run to sync these values up. but - this is still wonky.
