Makes previous --noFormat the default replacement method. Therefor also removes the cheerio dependency BREAKING CHANGE: `--noFormat` option/argument is no longer available

This pr removes the old replacement method, and makes the old --noFormat method using regex and no external library the default behaviour.
This PR should only be merged after release of this PR has beed done and tested.
