This repository is to house data regarding medical and surgical productivity, including the base files and derivative information.

Information on the individual data sets may be retrieved from within individual directories. Any overall or "summary" data sets will be in the main repository directory.

Every effort has been made to adequately document methods for the inclusion and analysis of each data set. A "methods.txt" or similarly named file exists describing this in each directory.

Appropriate copyright acknowledgement is important. A COPYING or COPYRIGHT file is included in each directory as pertains to individual components; if no apparent document is available, the parent directory's copyright is assumed to carry down.
