Python module for Texas Instruments CC2531emk USB dongle

As the supplied packet sniffer by TI only runs on Windows,
this module uses pyusb to talk to the USB dongle under
Linux and Mac OS X, so you can use the dongle as a 
IEEE 802.15.4 packet sniffer.
