tunnel arbitrary protocols through https

needs:
  an AWS EC2 account: http://aws.amazon.com
  Tim's aws script: https://raw.github.com/timkay/aws/master/aws

starts an EC2 micro instance with ArchLinux image
upgrades ArchLinux
installs, configures and runs tinyproxy
creates a local SOCKS proxy, using an ssh tunnel via corkscrew to tinyproxy
exports the local SOCKS proxy
