We are not ready to upgrade to yarn 3 as mostly everyone on the team still uses yarn 1.22.19 |

@ghengeveld recently updated to yarn3 locally, making some things not work on the CLI locally.
I updated some
package.jsonmetadata to work with yarn3, specifically the build command and thepackageManagerversion.I updated the
tracetest to work correctly with the yarn changes.
