New LaunchModeRecorder implementation
Browse files Browse the repository at this point in the history
Record launch mode based on the command line, i.e., the user's
intention, not on what window(s)/tabs Chrome opened. Adds
Launch.Mode2 metric which will replace Launch.Modes metric.
