Parametrize AppsGridDragAndDropTest for a cardified view

The AppsGridDragAndDropTest suite verifies behaviour for dragging and
dropping apps around the app list. Since the cardified feature spec,
some of this behaviour will be affected, so tests won't pass.

Fix these tests to work in a cardified and non-cardified grid. Also,
parametrize the suite to check both scenarios.

This CL also creates AppsGridDragAndDropNoCardifiedTest suite, which
runs drag and drop tests that are not fixed yet to work on a cardified
grid.
