This reverts commit 55a9e84b2740283bd35f95b229a3ba3a9d1e4db1.

Reason for revert: Causes DumpWithoutCrashing failures in the current IsolateSandboxedIframes trial (1% Stable). Those numbers will only grow as M124 hits stable.
