Flag guarded out a layout guide which is causing an issue in the steady
view where some taps are not registered on its leading side. A proper
fix will be added in a future CL. It seems the layout guide's presence
makes the badgesContainerStackView's trailing anchor not re-compute
properly, only when exiting fullscreen.
