Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Some issues are being reported (example) building clients using VS2019 with current CEF versions (M112+). Since all CEF/Chromium building and testing is now done with VS2022 we should update the documented client requirements.

Describe the solution you'd like
VS2022 becomes the required version on all docs and CMakeLists.txt.
