Glamour only adding 1 to social limit not 2

Chummer Version: 5.186.0
Environment: Windows 10
Runtime: Probably .NET 4.5.1)

Expected behaviour

According to Run Faster (pg 115) "The character adds 2 to his Social
limit and has a +1 dice pool modifier to all Social Skill
Tests, with the exception of Intimidation."

Actual behaviour

When I hover the mouse over the social limit of my character it gives the equation for his Social Limit and it has Glamour (1) listed. It should be Glamour (2)

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Create any character with Glamour. Mine is a Dryad.
