Book & Page References in Adept Power list don't link to pdfs

Environment: Win 10
Runtime: (If you don't know this, it is probably .NET 4.5.1)

Expected behaviour

Clicking on the book & page number text in the adept power list takes me to the appropriate page.

Actual behaviour

Clicking on the book & page number text in the adept power list doesn't do anything.

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

Have a character with adept powers, and click on a page reference in the adept power list.
