Buying turrets at reduced cost not working.

As of 5.223 if you add a vehicle turret to a vehicle and use a reduced price markup it still charges to full price.

For example add weapon mount on a car
Select normal rigger5 concealed remote turret normal price just about 10k
Enter -50 in the markup window. The price adjusts to just about 5k. But when you buy it, chummer deducts full price still.
