Reordering nested equipment and mods

Currently you are unable to reorder gear or mods within a single parent piece of gear. This would be useful in the case of say, a vehicle or RCC that might have ten or more children that might be more readable in a certain order, e.g modifications before autosofts before cyberprograms rather than all mixed together in the order they were added.
