fract - Fractional portion of a number
float fract( float $x )
fract() returns x – floor( x ).
x - The number to process. It can be a scalar or an array.
The fractional portion of x. The value will always be positive. If x is an array, the return value will also be an array.
fract(-3.8) == 0.2 and not -0.8
