As a Ansible user, I want to refactor with new modules and syntax on Ansible 2.4, so than I can get better experience and faster.

Now, it is working on Debian 8 .

Right now, we just include `add_mysql_repo.yml` on Debian, so I use the
`include_tasks` to dymanic include this tasks.

I think the 'pre_tasks.yml' name is better.

If we want to support the Ubuntu 14.04, we need upgrade Python to
v2.7.9.

I decide stop support it, and support the ubuntu 16.04 later.
