I haven't tested this on more than one instance however, when I installed a fresh install on my apache server I got the above issue. I deleted kint from '/vendor/ravenren' and installed the latest version from: https://github.com/raveren/kint and unzipped it. It might be composer causing the issue. If so, feel free to close.
