Bug is related with startup process:
https://www.lpcware.com/content/faq/how-do-lpcopen-applications-handle-system-startup

if SystemInit is not executed, default oscillator is still running after "startup code" has finished

warn: We need the VTOR initialization for RTOSTESTS
