[Enhancement] LastFM - Listen Length For Scrobble

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When scrobbling to LastFM, it will scrobble songs even if they are skipped, or if they play for a few seconds and then I skip them.

Describe the solution you'd like
An option to only scrobble the song if I listened to it for long enough. I know the Android app PanoScrobbler has options to only scrobble if the song was listened to for a certain length or percentage, whichever is shorter.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently I manually have to delete all scrobbles that I didn't actually listen to from LastFM.

is implemented and is based on the following criteria:
if song is playing and has been playing for configured amount of seconds (default is 30 sec) then it wil add it to LastFM

IMO this can be closed
