Upgrade to work with Ember 2.11

This project uses semver, please check the scope of this pr:

• #patch# - backwards-compatible bug fix
• #minor# - adding functionality in a backwards-compatible manner
• #major# - incompatible API change

• Added ember-disable-prototype-extensions to ensure addon works with prototype extensions disabled.
• Removed lodash and redux as they aren't actually used by this addon.
• Updated CI to test against both Firefox and Chrome.
• Upgraded build to Ember 2.11.
