Version 0.2.1

Version 0.2.0 updated the yubikey-manager library to >=4.0.0. This is actually an internal change, but if you installed YubiKey software, it might have updated the library, which may have broken yk-totp.

Version 0.2.1 also fixed the filtering of codes by name and issuer.
