It's been a while, but I saw myself in need of using the RDKit again, and found that rdk didn't work in Python3... so I did pretty straightforward port.
It still passes all the tests in Python2.
I tried porting the testing scripts, but Anaconda's RDKit segfaults on me for some reason, so I couldn't run the tests for it.
