Go inside the folder: cd opendata
Run cp .env.example .env then put opendataAPI on DB_Database
Run composer install
Run php artisan key:generate
Run php artisan migrate
Run php artisan db:seed
Run php artisan l5-swagger:generate
Run php artisan serve
Open your favorite REST API Client such as POSTMAN or Insomnia
Import POSTMAN Collection into your POSTMAN App.
