Add 4 terminal NMOS / PMOS

It would be nice to see 4 terminal mosfets (non shorted bulk).
Also 3 terminals nmos pmos symbols for CMOS design would be nice to have

Similar to #91; there is a massive number of different FET types, so I don't know if I have all of them.

This list looks quite extensive already, in particular I was referring to the "with Bulk" ones in the picture.
However I don't see the PMOS/NMOS symbols often used in digital designs, like this:
