0.0.1: fix blob handlers; computes digest for layers

Essential features that are in:

• cartorio load can ingest a docker saved tarball
• cartorio serve can serve 🙌

On the other hand:

• no logging at all,
• not user-friendly when it errors
• (internally) needs a bunch of refactoring
