Summary
This pull request updates Flask to v1.0.2 in order to fix a known security vulnerability highlighted by GitHub security alert digest. I'm upgrading to this version of Flask instead of the latest version (currently v1.1.1) as I just want to fix the security of the module without introducing too much change.
