Graph Updates: Labels, Anchor Mode, Colors, Styles

Changes

• Disabled (visually removed) the "future" graph styles. The black color was too much complication. The exited and future now have the same appearance. This could be undone by reverting a commit: d476563
• Show More Labels Mode: added a graph mode that will display most of the host and server names all the time. These become gray when selecting/previewing other nodes
• Anchor Drag Mode: this disables the "pulling" caused by the d3 force direction layout. This will allow a user to manually place each node without changing the xy of other nodes. Try it on larger datasets to see more of a difference
• Added the custom node appearance colors to the host fill and to the node labels
• opening the graph help (?) will also add labels to the buttons
