Indicator added in lower left hand corner to show if user is red or blue team

🗣 Description

A small rectangle in lower left hand corner (dark mode only) shows red if red team and blue if blue team. If hovered, a popover describes what system features are available based on team membership.

The test that failed is being refactored (in progress now), so all looks good.
