UI Tweaks: QuickMeta & ModeIndicator

Description

UI and interaction tweaks

• updated the 'QuickMeta' hide/show beacon options
  • to be more agnostic. They may have additional MenuItems in the future
  • to open on click instead of on hover - @sang2925 @ccarpenter28 I've updated the tests to handle this.
• updated the ModeIndicator layout and interaction.
  • added the ModeIndicator to the homepage. Helps to be there too.
• added a general PopoverButton component that handles the Popover.renderTarget hookups to Button.
• restored the Comment UI background color
• Updated the Alert component style by adding AlertEx styled component

Testing

• showing/hiding comments from the '...' button in the beacon and host lists.
