This is an Ansible role for installing amazon-efs-utils.

amazon_efs_utils_create_efs_users_group Whether or not to create a group for EFS share users. true No
amazon_efs_utils_efs_users_gid The GID to assign the group for EFS share users. Omitted No

Dependencies

None.

Installation

This role can be installed via the command:

ansible-galaxy install --role-file path/to/requirements.yml

where requirements.yml looks like:

---
- name: amazon_efs_utils
  src: https://github.com/cisagov/ansible-role-amazon-efs-utils

and may contain other roles as well.

Example Playbook

Here's how to use it in a playbook:

- hosts: all
  become: true
  become_method: sudo
  tasks:
    - name: Install Amazon EFS utilities
      ansible.builtin.include_role:
