Description

melt model command now is capable of modeling distribution metrics
melt send generates OTLP Summary metrics to represent the fmm:distribution contenttype
Initial support for 5 datapoints (1 per minute) with random value generation is provided and tested

(replacement PR #317 to verify action results)
