Multithreaded encoder #2993

I made encoder and decoder as in wiki examples. Each one was running at different machines. Packages were send over tcp.
Decoding process working fine. In many threads. But encoding - not. Only in one thread. I changed parameters: iSpatialLayerNum, iMultipleThreadIdc, slicemode, iSpatialLayerNum. But nothing's helping.
How to make encoder works in many threads?
