Hi everyone,
In MICS, after the workshop, we decided to adopt the categories at the
upper layer of the PMM vocabulary:

We decided never to have more than 20 options for the user to choose from.
And we distinguish between scientific disciplines and environmental
issues. We don't think air pollution and water pollution are disciplines;
they're environmental issues and each one could be related to multiple
disciplines. We represent the environmental issues using different
indicators/concepts:

Documentation does not indicate if you can choose multiple Science Types
or 1. What about groups that fall between groups. Sub catagoriges could
help break down the larger catagories. People looked for pollution or
cleanup, and it was not clear. Especially where things are focused on human
behavior.

Should we have more granularity. There are too many categories for the
data owner. Of personal interest is what is the role of free text fields.
