This sentence (and link within it) is missing from the end of some of the emails (I guess it should be in all the moderation emails? It's only in about half currently).
"Learn more about the Citizen OS moderation process here."

These ones it needs adding to:
views/emails/reportTopicReportMember.html
views/emails/reportCommentCreator.html
views/emails/reportCommentModerator.html
views/emails/reportTopicReportResolveMember.html
views/emails/reportTopicReportResolveReporter.html
